Terms of Service

Last updated August 26, 2026

The short version

This is the agreement between your business and CyberCraft Bangladesh for using QuickGrow AI. In plain words:

  • You open an account, you pay for it, and you use it to message people who agreed to hear from you.
  • Your contacts and your message content belong to you. We do not take ownership of them.
  • The platform belongs to us. You get permission to use it, not to copy or resell it.
  • If your account is used for spam or fraud, we can suspend it — and in some cases the system suspends it automatically when complaint or bounce rates go past a safe level.
  • Sending is subject to real limits the platform enforces: consent, quiet hours, and per-contact limits on SMS and WhatsApp. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Sending is prepaid. Your plan grants credits, and when a channel’s credits reach zero, sending on that channel stops until you buy more. Nothing is sent on account and nothing is billed to you afterwards.
  • Money matters — charges, credits, refunds, cancellation — are in the Payment & Refund Policy.

The full terms follow. If something here contradicts the short version, the full terms are what count.

1. Who this agreement is with

QuickGrow AI is operated by CyberCraft Bangladesh, a sole proprietorship of Johirul Islam, registered at Section-12, Block-D, Road-25/B, Plot-S/10, Pallabi, Mirpur, Dhaka-1216, Bangladesh, trading under Trade License No. TRAD/DNCC/026503/2023 (Dhaka North City Corporation). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms on behalf of the business you represent, and you confirm you are allowed to do so.

2. Your account

  • Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep them current.
  • Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your team members do.
  • Turn on two-step verification if more than one person can reach the account. It is available in your security settings.
  • Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got in.

3. What you may use it for

You may use QuickGrow AI to message people who have agreed to hear from you, and to run the campaigns, automations, forms, pages and chatbots the product provides. What you may not do is set out in the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

You must also follow the rules of the channels you send through. WhatsApp messages are subject to Meta’s WhatsApp Business rules, and SMS is subject to the rules of the gateway and the regulator in the country you send to. Those rules can change without us being consulted.

4. How sending actually works — limits you should expect

These are not policy statements; they are how the platform behaves, and they will affect your campaigns.

  • Credits run out, and then sending stops. Your plan grants credits for email, masked SMS, non-masked SMS and AI, counted as whole units. When a counter reaches zero, the platform refuses that channel: a single send is refused before it is dispatched, and a campaign that your balance cannot cover in full does not start at all — it does not send part of your list. Buy more credits and it resumes. There is no overdraft and no later bill. A scheduled campaign is checked again when it is due to send, so scheduling it does not reserve the credits. The details are in the Payment & Refund Policy.
  • Quiet hours. SMS and WhatsApp addressed to a contact are blocked during the quiet-hours window for the destination country. In Bangladesh that window is 21:00 to 08:00. This applies to every such message, including one-time codes and order updates sent through the API. Do not design a flow that depends on an SMS or WhatsApp message arriving at night. Email is not subject to quiet hours.
  • Per-contact limits. SMS and WhatsApp are subject to a per-contact daily and weekly cap and a minimum gap between messages. These are platform-wide defaults; they are not settings in your account.
  • Consent is checked before sending on SMS and WhatsApp.
  • Sending capacity. A new account starts with a limited sending capacity that increases with account age and sending history.
  • Branded SMS sender names are an application, not a switch. Until the sender name is approved, messages go out from the default sender.
  • WhatsApp message templates are drafted in QuickGrow AI, but approval happens in your own WhatsApp Business account with Meta. We do not submit them for you.
  • Delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers, Meta and receiving servers can reject or drop a message for reasons outside our control. You can see the outcome for each message, including a failure reason.

5. Your content and your data

Your contacts, message content, templates and creative work stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to host, process, transmit and back up that material so the service can run, and to show it back to you.

You confirm that you have the right to message the people you upload, and that you hold a lawful basis for doing so. We are not in a position to verify the consent behind a list you import.

6. Our platform

The software, design, documentation and brand of QuickGrow AI belong to CyberCraft Bangladesh. You may use the service; you may not copy it, resell it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to build a competing product. Any feedback you send us, we may use without obligation.

7. Fees

Charges, currency, billing terms, credits, cancellation and refunds are covered by the Payment & Refund Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

Everything you owe us is paid in advance. We do not extend credit in the financial sense: the “credits” in this product are units of sending you have already paid for, not a line of credit, and they carry no cash value.

WhatsApp is the exception to all of it. Meta bills you directly for WhatsApp messages under your own WhatsApp Business account. We neither price WhatsApp nor take a margin on it, and we are not a party to your billing relationship with Meta.

8. Availability

We aim to keep QuickGrow AI available and we carry out maintenance as carefully as we can, but we do not commit to a specific uptime figure in these terms. We do not currently commit to a specific support-response time either.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or restrict an account where:

  • it breaches the Acceptable Use Policy;
  • payment is overdue;
  • sending from the account crosses the platform’s automatic abuse thresholds for spam reports, bounces, complaints or a sudden volume spike — this check runs automatically and can freeze sending without a human reviewing it first;
  • we are required to by law or by a channel provider.

Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we will tell you why and what to fix.

10. Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time; cancellation and the effect on fees already paid are covered in the Payment & Refund Policy.

When the subscription ends, every credit on the account lapses — the credits your plan granted and the credits you bought as a top-up alike. They are not refunded and are not converted into money. Use them before the paid period runs out.

We may end this agreement on 30 days’ notice, or immediately for a serious breach. After termination we retain data for the periods described in the Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep within 30 days of your account closing, after which it is deleted in line with those retention periods.

11. Warranties and liability

QuickGrow AI is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a message will reach a particular person.

Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of this agreement is limited to the total fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You will cover us against claims arising from messages you send, lists you upload, or your breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will give notice through the product or by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change. This version is dated 26 August 2026.

14. Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
